A couple sons (William and Davis) were married in CC KY in 1808 or 1809. A daughter (Willey Elmey) married John Baker somewhere in Kentucky a few years earlier. Some of his children say they were born in SC, some say NC some say SC one census, NC the next. Several sons were messengers to Baptist association meetings (Jonathan and William to Bethel in 1816, Davis and my gggp Noble to St. Francis from 1850 through 1863) and Davis' son Joseph D. was ordained. David was married to Margaret at his death. Willey Elmey doesn't appear in the CC KY marriage books. Gerald J.
