Hello~! I have hardly no information concerning my James JOHNSON except that he married Elizabeth Jane CARTER, b. abt. 1840. Elizabeth was born in Indiana but they may have met in Iroquois County, Illinois. That is where he divorced her anyway in 1964. Anyone have any info concerning James? I don't know if Elizabeths oldest daughter, Olive Susan was James JOHNSON or Scott S. ETHINGTON. She took the ETHINGTON name and was born Sept. 1863.
