For years I have been trying to find the father and Mother of my gggrandfatherJames Johnson. He was born in Il. about 1817. He married Sarah Brown in Walkersville IL Greene County on Sept. 28,1836. Their children were Jacob, Perry,MaryAnn and Minerva. On an Illinois census he says his father was also born in Illinois. I would really appreciate any help anyone out there can give me because it is a very high brick wall.. Thank you. Maureen(Johnson)Pollard.
