James Johnson was born in Ontario and moved to Binscarth(on), Manitoba in the early 1900's. He married Stella Lillian Briggs and they had three children, Edith Lillian b. 1910, Verna Estella b. 1912, and James Gordon b. 1913. James' father was Edward Johnson and his mother was Annie Cammidge. James was my grandfather; he was a farmer in Manitoba and came to B.C. to retire. I have hit a Brick Wall. Hope someone can help me.
