Does anyone have any information regarding the Johnson family who came to Green Co., Kentucky in the late 1700s from North Carolina? I have no idea where in North Carolina they came from. I think the eldest family member to come to Kentucky was John Johnson and wife Lydia. They would have been married prior to 1775. I beleive their children were Asa, Jeremiah, Piety, Isham and Lydia. Isham (sometimes spelled Isom) and Asa seem to be favorite names in this particular set of Johnsons. Can anyone help? Thanks.
