JOHNSON, John b. Oct 4, 1790 Pa. John's mother was Mary (nee?) who was born Dec 3, 1763 and died Dec. 20, 1835. I don't know John's father's first name or John's sibling's. The dates come from a Bible page but there are no place names listed. The first I find, John JOHNSON and his wife, Barbara HUNT is in Springhill, Fayette Co, Pa in 1831. They are listed on a tax list and two of their daughters are on the poor list so, I know that this is my line. John died Sept. 26, 1843.......perhaps in Pa, or on the way to Indiana. His wife and children are listed in Jay Co Indiana in 1850. In the early 1860's some of those children moved to Wisconsin. Thanks, Selma jbonew@setnet.net
