My Johnsons are in Hancock county,Indiana and unfortunaely we do have a history of muscular dystrophy.I lost my 17 yr.old nephew in 1978 to this disease. It is an inherited disease and when we started researching what our ancestors died of, it was difficult because so many times the reasons were unclear.It has now shown its ugly face again with my second cousins son.
