Well I was looking for something for Freida and found a piece of paper with information that I couldn't identify before. This has to do with the Henry Job that Charlotte mentioned on the list earlier today - s/o Henry Job Sr and Elizabeth Miller and gs/o Andrew Job and Abigaiil Miller and gt gs/o Archibald 'Arch' Jobe and Margaret Rees. This is what I had on a piece of paper - which I wrote back around 1970: ------------------ Jackson Co., MO Henry Job - died intestate Adms. John Christian and Madison ?Walrund, 10 Feb 1849 Sec. James Smart & Oliver Caldwell Heirs - mother, 1 sister and 1 bro. in state of VA and 1 bro in state of Ohio (H-277) ----------------------- We now know that this Henry Job, Jr. had NO Heirs of his own - probably not married, his father Henry Job, Sr. died before Feb 10, 1849, mother (Elizabeth Miller Jobe was still living - I have that she died Feb 1865), a sister was in VA and the brother in Ohio (actually Jefferson Co.) is indeed John. Do any of the above names of Administrator or security mean anything to anybody? Ann
