Rachel was d/o Samuel Job Sr. and Rachel Little and gd/o Thomas and Mary Job of Rowan Co., NC. Laurie descends through Sarah Starr who married John McAtee and their son, William McAtee who married Martha Ann Lundy and granddaughter, Hila Ann McAtee who married Peter Clinton Lowery. Laurie, When you posted a query, it automatically went to the Jobe newslist. Everyone, Laurie and I have been in contact and she has sent some additional information on her line which will appear in the next update of Jobe Branches. I also just updated June (Brewer) Welchs listing ont he researcher's page. Though she, herself, is not a Jobe Descendant, she is a Phipps and Ingle descendant of North Carolina and therefore her pages and research does include many of the families of this Thomas Jobe!!
