Funeral: 11 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church of Arlington. Burial: Private. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Arlington Funeral Home. Memorials: International Friends or First Baptist Church, Arlington. Josephine Jobe was born Sept. 30, 1914, in Coleman. She had lived in Arlington for 39 years. She and her husband, Lewis H. Jobe, shared a ministry with International Students that began in 1965. They each have namesakes here and in Kenya, E. Africa. She often said the blessing was theirs by opening their home to internationals. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Lewis H. Jobe and her son, Thomas Lewis. Survivors: Sons, William D. Jobe of Snowmass, Colo. and David H. Jobe of Arlington; daughter and son-in-law, Ann and Gary Wynia of St. Paul, Minn.; daughter-in-law, Gerri Jobe of Rogers, Ark.; brother, Joe B. Dibrell of Austin; sister, Elisabeth Dibrell of Three Mile Bay, N.Y.; and four granddaughters, three great-grandsons and one great-granddaughter. Arlington Funeral Home 1221 E.
