Hello all, I received a very special Christmas present yesterday and today. I gentleman by the name of Darren wrote to me and also so Ann. He told us of how he had found some photos in an antique shop and they were so good he purshased them. He then got on the internet to try and find family and more history on the photos. He found Ann's site and my name, so he wrote to us. One of the photos was of Henrietta (Pace) Jobe, second wife of my Gr Gr Uncle William Stone Jobe s/o James Jobe and Margaret Stone. One of the really great things about these photos is that they are documented on the back. It even gives her death year and place. I have posted the photo of Henrietta on the Jobe Photo Gallery. It is #112. The rest of the photos are of her children from other marriages. Darren tells me the antique shop where he found these has 3 drawers full of OLD PHOTOS! I have made arrangements with Darren to purshase the photos from him for my family book. What better present could one get, but to have someone find a photo taken in 1893 in probably Cole Co MO and then write and tell you they had it! William Jobe died April 1893 in Centretown, Cole Co MO. Henrietta Jobe died 1894, Ravenna, Buffalo Co. Nebraska. HAPPY HOLIDAYS Freida Wells
