He was married to Ester Allison. My grandfather was James Jobe and my grandmother was Mary Ann MacIntyre. My grandfather James Jobe was killed in the coal mines in Glace Bay in 1933. My grandmother raised a family of nine in Sugar Loaf, Cape Breton. She died in 1971. My mother Julia Jane Jobe is 83 and lives in Enfield NS. I would like info on my gggrand parents and where they came from. I have info on the later generations of Jobes decending from Donald and Ester. Thanks. Doug Wilkie
