Mr. McAtee died Monday might in his home on the eve of his 56th wedding anniversary. Mr McAtee was born Apr 16, 1864, near Princeton, Mo. He came to Kansas in 1883 and helped lay some some of the Rock Island railroad tracks in this area. Later he settled on a farm near Langdon. He was born in Nodaway county Missouri in 1858. He is survived by his widow and five children; Victor and Cecil, Langdon, Earl J., Ralston, Okla., Mrs Ralph Truitt, Hutchinson, and Mrs. Baker McDill, Sterling.
