I am currently trying to find out if we care related to Casey Mears, the race car driver. I lived about 80 miles from Bakersfield California for 25 years and seem to remember my father saying he thought he had relatives there. It would have been Roger Mears????? I am in no way trying to pursue the famous race car driver, just wondering if the Mear's of Bakersfield were related. Thank's for any info!
