Hello all, I wanted to wish all of you a very Happy New Year. I am still in Kansas and received some very bad news. I very good friend of mine died Friday and his funeral is Thursday. His wife and I grew up together and have been friends all our lives. They use to come to our house when we lived here every 4th of July and we would have a barbecue and shoot fireworks when our children were small. and we fished together all the time. It is very hard on me as this is the second good friend I have lost and helped bury in the last 11 years. I am going to miss my friend very much. Today we sat and looked at old photos for a story board for the funeral and laughed and remembered good times from times gone by. I don't know when I will be back, but know if you need help this wonderful group we have will be happy to assist you in anyway they can. Please do not respond to this email, I am writing from the public library in Sedan, Kansas and don't know when I will be back again to check my mail.
