I do hereby will and bequeath all my just debts paid in full 2. I have at this time and intend to keep in the future certain government bonds which are and will be made payable to myself and different ones of my children, namely Neva Wright, Vena Proper, and Leonard Copple in joint ownership and an equal number of such bonds being made payable to Philip Copple and Neva Wright jointly, to Philip Copple and Vena Proper jointly and to Philip Copple and Leonard Copple jointly. I do hereby give such bonds which are made payable to Philip Copple and Neva Wright to Neva Wright, those payable to Philip Copple and Vena Proper to Vena Proper, and those payable to Philip Copple and Leonard Copple to Leonard Copple. 3. I do hereby will and bequeath to my daughter, Neva Wright, the following described real estate situated in Chautauqua County, Kansas to-wit: Lot 2 and the north 6 feet of Lot 4 in Block No. 38 in Addition No 1. to the city of Sedan, Kansas, the same being my home in Sedan, Kansas. 4. I do hereby will and bequeath to my daughter, Vena Proper the following described real estate situated in Chautauqua County, Kansas, to-wit: Lot 2 Block 37 of Addition No 1 Sedan, Kansas. 5. I hereby will and bequeath to my son, Leonard Copple a life estate to the following described real estate in Chautauqua County, Kansas, to-wit: Lot 8, 9 ,10, 11, 12 and 13 in West Park Addition to the city of Sedan, Kansas, according to the recorded plat, and upon his death, I do hereby will and bequeath said property to my grandson Leonard Copple, Jr. 6. Feeling that the above real property given to my daughter Vena Proper, is of a value of $300.00 less that the real property given to each of my other children named above, I do hereby will and bequeath that of my estate there be paid to the said Vena Proper the sum of $300.00 7. All of the rest and residue of my estate of whatsoever kind or wheresoever situated, I do hereby will and bequeath to my three children, namely Neva Wright, Vena Proper and Leonard copple, share and share alike. 8. I do hereby nominate and and appoint as executor of this, my Last Will and Testament, Clint Austin of Sedan, Kansas, and I do hereby authorize, impower and direct him to sell all real and personal property which I may own at the time of my death and which is not herein specifically devised or bequeathed unless all of my children, namely Neva Wright, Vena Proper and Leonard Copple shall agree otherwise, and request my executor in writing not to sell the same. The proceeds of such sale shall to as provided in paragraph No. 7 above.
