On ancestry.com today they have a wonderful map showing many towns we are all familiar with. For those of us researching Enoch Job Jr. this map shows Germantown which is one of the engagements he was in and also Valley Forge where he was discharged. Other towns on this map include Elizabethtown, Trenton, Chester, New Castle and many more. I have printed it off and will be adding to the Jobe Family Record site to go with Enoch's Rev. War papers. When you save this map, you will need to enlarge it to print it off. http://www.ancestry.com/rd/map.asp?ImageID=374 Freida
Just finished making two NEW state pages: Jobe Links http://members.tripod.com/~ajobebrown/Jobe.html 1) Wisconsin Marriages and Cemeteries 2) Nevada Census (1875-1910) This is our 2nd Wisconsin page and our first Nevada page. Have anything to add to either of these two pages, please e-mail me personally at [email protected]
I just updated the Andrew Job Jr researcher's page http://members.tripod.com/~ajobebrown/researcher-Andrew.html There are two new ones and two updates since yesterday and as you probably guess - they all concern Enoch Job Jr, gs/o Joshua. Sure wish I could move a few of you over to my Isaac and Eli B. Job(e) in Oregon Co.,Missouri. >smile< But THANKS to all of you, we are finally getting some information on this Enoch - that had many of us stumped for years! I also updated the California and Indiana marriages this morning. http://members.tripod.com/~ajobebrown/Jobe.html More to follow! Ann

Group, I just received an email attachment from a [email protected] which I did not open. In the subject line it say My Appologies. Now I do not know who this person is, but if you should get one please be careful before opening as there is a bad virus out there. Freida
Getting lots accomplished today. >grin< Jobe Links http://members.tripod.com/~ajobebrown/Jobe.html I just updated these pages: 1850 Mississippi Census 1860 Mississippi Census Ohio Cemetery Tennessee Marriages West Virginia Marriages Every state page link that now has an update beside it has been updated within the last 3 weeks! Ann
What Ann says is ture, I remember two years ago when I sent her my Jobe's for Kansas even with what she had, it was still not a page full, so I began to dig and now we have like she said 8 pages! Keep digging out there and researching online and if you find something and you are not sure about it send it to the list and we can check it out. Happy Valentine's Day all! Freida
I just divided the Kansas state page 1900-1921 into 3 pages due to some additional data that Freida sent me. Thanks Freida! Jobe Links http://members.tripod.com/~ajobebrown/Jobe.html So we now have these pages which have all been updated in the last hour: 1900-1909 Kansas Records 1910-1919 Kansas Records 1920-1929 Kansas Records At one time, I remember telling Freida we would start one page for all Kansas records as just didn't have enough information to warrant more than this. Well guess what, we now have 8 Kansas pages of Jobe - Jobe descendant information! ***So if it looks like I don't have much on your state or a page even started yet - this is an excellent example of how the site can GROW - if you will only send me the information for your family or ANY Jobe families that you can find! Ann (Jobe) Brown (Always looking for more Jobe data to ADD!)
These state pages were updated thir morning: Jobe Links http://members.tripod.com/~ajobebrown/Jobe.html 1860 Missouri Census 1870 Missouri Census 1880 Missouri Census Texas Marriages 1850 Illinois Census Indiana Cemetery Records Indiana Marriages 1880 Iowa Census Remember if you have anything for ANY of the state pages, please send it to me personally at [email protected] Ann (Jobe) Brown

Dear Group, I now have the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Records online at Jobe Family Records, In these records you will find. Enoch Job, Lucrecry Jos his wife, Elisha, Abraham Job his sons and Rubin Job s/o Abraham. One note: Abraham seemed to have quite a temper and you can read all about the fight he had with Brother Shelton here. Also when Elisha told on Enoch for going to the Race Ground. http://www.zing.com/album/?id=4293282419 I chose to upload all 17 pages as there are other family names here that alot of us are working on. I hope you enjoy what I have added so far. Since I have added about 30 pages this week, I will not post anymore until next week. This will give everyone a chance to digest all of these. Now I transcribed these records and they can be found on Ann's state pages: http://members.tripod.com/~ajobebrown/MOchurch_MtPisgah.html Have fun reading! Happy Valentine's Day to All Freida Wells
