Uncles, Luther Jobe, disappeared from Greene County Ark during the 1910 period. No one ever heard from him after that. We have never found any evidence on him whatsoever. He was born in 1873-76 in Faulkner Co. Arkansas and he still may have been young enough to join the war efforts -- not likely, but possible. I received the following poem in the mail today from a PUCKETT cousin and just had to share with you. I could relate to this real well as I have only one child....a son. I’ll drink from the carton and then leave it out....when I’m an old lady and live with my son. Whe he’s on the phone and just out of reach, I’ll get into things like sugar and bleach. When my son’s wife cooks dinner and calls me to meals, I’ll not eat my green beans or salads congealed.
