Had 2 major Job(e) breaks this week on lines that I had been looking for some time. Both are on the Jacob Job(e) and Deborah MacKay/McKay. The first one is Enoch Bacon (1822-1868) who married Sarah Jackson. I had nothing on this family before. I now have a 19 page report on their descendants which I'll have in the next update of Job(e) Legacy. Enoch Bacon was s/o Jonathan Bacon and Sarah Jackson, gs/o George Jackson and Elizabeth 'Betsy' Job(e) and gt gs/o Jacob Job and Deborah MacKay. Right now I don't know Sarah's parents but there is a good chance she may be a Job descendant herself. I also have 4 tombstone picutres to post for this family. By 1850, this family had went to Greene Co., TN. The next one is the one that I got today and is for Lydia Cox (abt 1805 Sullivan Co., TN - 1888 Collin Co., TX) and she married John J. Hale (1805 TN - 1841 Giles Co., TN). Lydia is on the 1850 Giles Co., TN census. Lydia (Cox) Hale was the d/o John Cox, Sr. and Mary Leah Job(e) and gd/o Jacob Job and Deborah MacKay. This line will also be in the next update of Job(e) Legacy. I have to get it entered and several clues to explore and follow.
