This over-worded deed, yes it is a deed, straitens out 2 Wallace wills where Arch was Executor on both. It seems everyone died. This is a very tough read for even a seasoned genealogist to figure. I'll buy someone an ice cream to tell me the relationships between all the Wallaces mentioned! Is it 4 people? 5? There is a unique word used by Baruch Williams here that I have never seen before...enfeoffed & enfeoff. It means to invest with a feudal estate or fee, whatever that means. It is from the Middle Ages.
