Bonnie: I'm confused about the $20 charge for each search in the VA Library. I just now went to the site and viewed Bible Records images that have Jennings in the record. I go to the site, choose Birth, Deaths, Marriages , Wills on First Screen. Brings up second screen where you choose Bible Records. On third screen choose Combination Search. 4th Screen - type in Bible Records in first Word or Phrase box and under Type change Author Keyword to General Keyword by clicking on down arrow...then choose AND..then type in Jennings in second Word or Phrase box and again under Type change Author Keyword to General Keyword - then hit Start. Next screen should have listing of bible records containing Jennings..click on number to the left of one you want to view. The next screen will give you a description of that record -- go to the bottom of that screen and click on the icon for ass. image or other media files. Will get screen showing Bible Record Page 1, Page 2, etc. Click on page you want to view. My computer then gives me this message about viruses, etc and I have to tell it what I want to do so click on Open and Ok. Give it a few seconds and you should have your image. I've never had anything appear about charging for these searches - I am a cheapskate and wouln't pay either! Hope this helps!
