I am searching for information on my great great grandfather, Elisha Middleton Jennings, who was born in 1824 in Washington County, Illinois. Between then and the mid 1850s, when he showed up in Arkansas, I know nothing, other than the fact that sometime in there he became a doctor. According to family legend, his mother's maiden name was Middleton, but I'm not sure of that, and I know nothing about any of his ancestors. Any help would be appreciated. Jim
