Hi, I saw your message in the Jennings digest. I am searching also for John Jennings or Jennens, however they spelled his name. There are many stories about the Jennings fortune. I have read several but none give me any information on my line. Only that England didn't give anyone in America any money. My John was born 1720-24 in England or America. He married a Sarah Beasley and had 2 sons and daughters. They lived at Montgomery Co., Md. In 1776 this area would have been Frederick Co., MD. I have a lot of information but none before 1776 that I can prove. If I can be of any assistance or if you find any information on MD Jennings let me know. Ruth
