Hi Val, I will look to see if I have any notes on anything that will help you. My gg grandfather Lloyd Jennings sister was named Ruth Octavia. Octavia may not be connected, but note only name similiar except for John. John Jennings Sr., b. 1724,lived in Rockville, MD area in 1776 and his son John was born in 1769. There are sisters and one other brother named George and I have this line back from the present to 1724. So far I have hit a brick wall because some have said he was born in England. There are many John Jennings and a family in NC. I need to get past this wall. I will write to Dr. Jennings Where is New Kent Co.,VA located? Ruth
