Jean, I've been hoping to see someone doing genealogy on some part of my family. I believe I am related to Isaac JENNINGS. In my work on the internet I have been able to trace back to an Isaac Augustus JENNINGS, and I infer that his father was Isaac JENNINGS who lived in Gallatin County, IL from 1830-185?, although the direct evidence seems weak to me. Census records state he was from SC. But that is all I know about him. The decendants to me are as follows. Isaac JENNINGS (b1793?-d?) > Isaac Augustus JENNINGS (b1832?-d?) > John Wesley JENNINGS (b1850?-d1900?) > Harry JENNINGS b1889-d1954) > John Wesley JENNINGS (b1938, me). I am going on memory on some of those dates, but they are close to right. If any of this is of interest to anyway else, I would enjoy chatting and sharing information. Please we beware. I'm a neophyte in genealogy. Any now for a request for any information about a Rebecca BUSH (b1852?-d1943?). She married John Wesley Jennings roughly around 1875-1880.
