Hi, Debbie, thanks for your work. Unfortunately, on Outlook Express, I can't delete an email without clicking on it (I'm not talking about the attachment, just the standard email line). I have a Badtrans sitting there on my page, and my anti-virus program stops it, but I can't get rid of it. Any ideas? Regards, lorraine

yes, delete email in groups. click on the message above and then hold your shift key down and click on the message below the virus message.
