I have James Clayton JENNINGS b. 21 sep 1816 Ky. d. 21 dec 1881 Lawrence Co. Mo. m. 7 july 1844 Christian Co. Ky. Joyce B. PENDLETON b. 21 mar 1826 Ky d. 1 oct 1872 Lawrence Co. Mo. They had 11 children Josephine, Mary Ann, Cornelia Jane, Parnecia, Elizabeth Catherine, John Willard, Nathaniel Wilson, Judy F., William Daniel, James D. and Andrew J. Josephine and Mary Ann born in Ky. rest born in Lawrence Co. Mo. bet. 1847 and 1869. James Clayton and Joyce B. moved to Mo. in 1847 at same time as Squire JENNINGS b. 1813 Ky. who is possibly a brother to James Clayton JENNINGS. have no info further back except both say parents born in Va according to censuses in Mo.
