(?1646-), widow of John, Nov. 19, 1683, 1684?; Chelmsford & Groton she m.3rd Robert BLOOD 1696 from "Pioneers of Massachusetts", by Pope: JENKINS, JOEL, Braintree, before the General Court in 1640, freeman May 6, 1646, removed to Malden. Children: Lydia, b. Aug. 13, 1640, Theophilus, b. Feb. 7, 1642, Ezekiel, bapt. in Boston July 16, 1649, Obediah, bapt. Aug. 13, 1650, Lemuel, Hannah (2 Hannahs, apparently). He died in Malden. Will dated July 4, 1687, probated Sept. 2, 1689, bequeathed to sons Lemuel, Ezekiel & Obediah; daughters Lydia, wife of John Paul, Hannah, wife of -----PARKER, and Hannah, wife of Joseph Merriam; grandchildren Lemuel an Ezekiel, sons of Lemuel. Lands in Malden and Reading. Malden Births, Marriages & Deaths: does not show Joel's death. Theophilus, unmarried, died May 15, 1660 Ezekiel, schoolmaster, died July 30, 1705. Lemuel, aged 70, died Dec. 20, 1713 PARKER, JOANNA (could this be Hannah?) wife of Capt. John STEARNS , formerly wife of JACOB PARKER, 78 yrs. died Dec. 4, 1737. Hope this helps. I am beginning to suspect that I have maiden vs married names mixed up as I had with my WHEELER and MERRIAM lines. If there is anyone on the list that had any information they are willing to share to help clear up the confusion, it would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
