Dear Cuzzins, I sent to Gates County, NC for my great great grand parents marriage certificate, and was sent an "index" of their marriage and told to send to Raleigh for the marriage bond. I sure hope this helps someone else who is a Jenkins and can use this info. The lady there in Gates County, NC told me to write to Raleigh for my marriage bond.
