Alexis, I do have a JENKINS line that lived in South Carolina, although not in Georgia. One of the branches of my family tree is lost in Florida. Joseph JENKINS was born (1855?) in either Bradford County (Starke) or Alachua County (Waldo). He married a woman named Amelia. Joseph/Amelia JENKINS had a son. The son was named Moses Frazier JENKINS. Moses had at least two wives (Rosa Greene and Alberta Jones). Moses Frazier & Rosa Greene JENKINS had six children. 1. Minnie Amelia JENKINS (b: 2/23/1884 in Georgetown, SC - d: 1/22/1983 in Jacksonville, FL). Minnie married George William CROCKETT. They are my great- grandparents. 2. Alice JENKINS who married a man named HAYES. 3. Bessie JENKINS who married a man named John JONES. Bessie was born in Georgetown, SC on 6/23/1887; she died in Jacksonville, FL on 4/12/1976. 4. Ora Mae JENKINS, who passed away abt 1975 in Camden, NJ 5. Ruffin JENKINS who passed away in Nov 1985 in San Diego, CA. 6. Taft JENKINS.
