I guess I wasn't subscribed before when I sent in the cemetery listings, But I am now! I am looking for ANY information on John Washington JENKINS. He was born in IN and according to the 1880 soundex, he went by his middle name, Washington. He was b. ca 1850 - married Amanda Denton sometime around 1870. There were 2 children listed on the soundex - Lottie age 9 and Caroline age 4. I know there were at least 2 other children in the family, Arley who would have been 7 and Charles who would have been less than a year old. Washington may have died or divorced Amanda by 1880 since Amanda (also known as Emma) re-married in 1880 (the first of 5 known "remarriages"). ANY information on him will be greatly appreciated!!!!
