EVA PRUNTY-JENKINS (MY GRANDMOTHER) BORN: MARCH 21, 1902 (VIRGINIA) DIED: AUGUST 24, 1976 (NEW YORK) THE FOLLOWING WERE BORN IN NEW YORK: 1. CORNELIUS JENKINS JR. (MY UNCLE) BORN: JUNE 2, 1921 DIED: MAY 16, 1987 2. EARL LOVE JENKINS (MY FATHER) BORN: JANUARY 20 3. DOUGLAS JENKINS (MY UNCLE) BORN:JULY 6 4. LESTER JENKINS (MY UNCLE) BORN: OCTOBER 11 5. HENRY JENKINS (MY UNCLE) BORN: JANUARY 16 6. ROBERT JENKINS (MY UNCLE) BORN: NOVEMBER 25, 1932 DIED: APRIL 15, 1994 By the way my grandparents (on my fathers side) grew up in Virginia and later moved to Yonkers, NY (where all 6 children were born) and finally on to Manhattan, NY Since then all 6 children above dispersed to the 5 boroughs of New York City. CORNELIUS JENKINS SR. had other siblings....two sisters named EMILY and ESTELLE and three brothers CARL, LESTER and RANLEY and they all were born in Virginia (sorry I have no dates for them).
