Thomas JENKINS b ca1814 married Mary EVAN in 1840 in Coychurch, Glamorgan, Wales. Children: Thomas b1840, Noah b1842, William b1845, Richard b1848, David b1849 and Mary b1852 all in Coychurch, Glamorgan, Wales. The family moved to Beaver County, PA about 1853. Elizabeth b1854, Susanna b1856 and John b1859. Thomas Jr married Smith and had 2 or 3 children. He died in Montrose Co, CO about 1913. Noah died in Civil War. William married Margaret Wilson and they had 1 son, Homer. Richard married Mary Wasson and they had at least 7 children, Adda Bell 1874, Homer 1875, William 1879, Fred 1890 David 1892, Elizabethine 1878 and Albert 1881. David married Margaret GRUNDEN and they had 4 children. Mary and Elizabeth did not marry. Susanna married Francis GILKEY and they had 8 children, Joseph 1884, John 1886, Thomas 1888, William 1890, Frank 1892, Earl 1894, Loyal 1897 and George 1899. John married Alice Meanor and they had 8 children, Edith 1890, Mary 1892, Elizabeth 1894, Richard 1897, Laura 1900, William 1902, Marion, 1906 and Rhetta 1911. Most of this family stayed around Beaver, Lawrence, and Butler Counties, PA. David and Margaret Grunden Jenkins were my great grandparents. [email protected]
