These are the children of Thomas and Ruth (Barton) Jenkins: i Benjamin Jenkins m. Hannah ___ ii Chapley (Shapleigh) Jenkins m. Elizabeth Johnson iii Hiram Henson Jenkins m. Mackey vii John Jenkins viii Lemuel Jenkins ix Abner Jenkins m. Martha E. ___ As you can see, I have very few dates. Thomas Jenkins is the son of Ezekiel Jenkins of Fairfax Co., VA ... Ezekiel Jenkins is the son of John Jenkins of Westmoreland Co., VA ... John Jenkins is the son of Nicholas Jenkins. Nicholas Jenkins is the progenitor of our Jenkins family. He came to this Country from Essex Co., England in 1657 indentured to Warham Horsdmanden. I don't have a GEDCOM file on this family. I published a book on same in 1988 called "The Jenkins of Northern Neck and Ole 96" and an update in 1998, however, both are sold out. I'm working on my 3rd. update now. Maybe you can find it in a library. The Family History Libraries of the Mormon Church have it on microfilm. Amy Gilreath
