In answer to Irvin and Chris: I have an Alfred Jenkins. I just got that information. He lived in Lycoming County, PA. His daughter, my husband's great grandmother, was born in 1885 so that would make Alfred probably born around 1860 or thereabouts. I haven't gotten to census records for that area yet to find him but I did see an Alfred on Soundex but he wasn't the right age or in the same general area. Mary
