I'm trying to find parents and ancestors of Elijah Jenkins, b. 1770 Botetourt Co., VA. Either he or his family moved to Montgomery Co., KY at some point. In 1796, he married Eliz. Meyers in Clark Co., KY, which is adjacent to Montgomery. He moved to Putnam Co., IN 1827 with some of his sons and he died there in 1862. I can't seem to get farther back from him. If anyone has information on these Jenkinses, would appreciate hearing. Thank you, John O'Neal
