Still looking for: Jenkins on p. 42 of the "A" book, Wirt County Marriages by Wes Cochram and the West Augusta Historical and Genealogical Society from Parkersburg, Wood Co., WV. , according to this, Jennie Jenkins's husband William, was born in 1862, so I found him in the 1900 Census of Wirt co WV, pages 13-14 living in the Burning Springs District, this is just down the road from the city of Elizabeth, county seat for Wirt. Here's the census info: House and ED no. 103-103 William Criss, H/H, born Apr/1862; 38 wm, married 15 years, born in WV, his father born in Ohio and mother born in Ohio; JENNIE, wife of; born Feb 1863; age 37, wf,>>>>>>(THIS IS VIRGINIA JENKINS) married 15 years; has had 5 births, all 5 still living in 1900, she born in WV, father's birth unknown, mothers birth unknown; Children: William (Jr.?), son, 14; Apr 1886, wm, born in WV, father WV; mother WV Lenora, dau, b. Apr 1888, 12 wf, single b. WV, father WV; mother WV Daniel, Son ; Jan/1890; 10 wm; b. WV, f. WV; m. WV Lillie, dau, b. June/1892; 7 wf, b. WV, f. WV; m. WV Jennie, dau, b.
