I am looking for info on Elizabeth (Liza) Jenkins Payne. She was born in 1830 in N. Carolina- according to Census records. She married Presley G. Payne, they lived in the Habersham Co., area of Georgia (Cornelia?). They had seven children. She had a brother named David Dolphus Jenkins. She was in some way related to Louvenia Jenkins Brewer (Will) and Harriet Jenkins Payne (Farry) who were sisters. Their parents were Tom and Nancy English Jenkins. They lived in Georgia.
