Hi, Just a note about the MyFamily site. I am on two of them. Information IS collected by ancestry for their use (and I hope not sold). They won't let you on the site withour giving your COMPLETE birthdate which isn't a good idea when it comes to living people. The other thing is newcomers don't know how to get on the site sometimes. None of the information given is researched any more on the family sites than it is on the "open" rootsweb sites. I kind of think the regular rootsweb sites for family names is more accessible and welcoming. Just a thought.
