Bob Goad questioned me this morning about my posting data on Genealogy.com and I replied, privately, that I'd never heard of genealogy.com. That turns out not to be true as I just found out. I do post messages to GenForum which apparently a subset of genealogy.com. I've posted a number of messages to GenForum and have gotten quite a few responses. I do not post living persons dates, addresses and other pertinent data. As I told Bob this morning I would never do anything to jeopardize our accumulation of data. I will cease, temporarily, posting anything to GenForum until I hear from some of you about your feelings on this issue. I'd like you to do that privately so we don't get into a "flame" mode.
