No one can tell anything about my father by looking at his public DNA results, other than the fact he matches several other men, and they share a common ancestor. I personally don't mind anyone knowing that, since that is the whole point of genealogy-tracing one's ancestors and finding cousins along the way. Eric James and I have a basic disagreement about DNA testing, and let's just leave it at that, right up there with not discussing politics or religion. I only wrote Sara on the James List because I was having trouble contacting her privately to answer her question. Now, back to genealogy everyone! Let's please have some fun!! Susan
