Melissa, I looked through my files, but couldn't find a George James mentioned in the New Castle county, Delaware records that I have (land, wills, some church). Also, the James family that I tracked in New Castle co wasn't from St. David's Parish in Wales. So probably your George James was from a different family--maybe Kent county which you had mentioned in your email. Sorry, wish I could've helped you!
