John died instate in Spotsylvania Co., VA. in 1813. Dianah likely at her dower distribution in 1837, April 14th. Spotsylvania Co., VA. Children: 1. Dicey m. Harrison HATCHETT and lived in Sangamon Co (in 1837) (likely a name sake of the HAYNES family/ ref. to 1813 appraisals above) 2. John JAMES. Frances deeds 1/3rd of her dower to her brother John. Children: (in 1837) 1.William H. JAMES 2.Spencer JAMES 3. Frances m. Armstead WITCHER, living in Spotsylvania (in 1837.) Children: 1. John Family associated named from 1780's on thru 1837: CRUMP, POWELL, GILBERT, WITCHER, HATCHETT, HAYNES..........
