Here are the first 12 markers of the 37 markers ordered for Thomas Malcolm James. He does not match anyone yet in the James DNA group. He belongs to the I Haplogroup which leads back to the Vikings and he is in that group with Charles James, but not close enough for a match. You are only allowed one mutation in the 12 marker test and two mutations in the 25 marker test. They have two mutations in the 12 markers so if they should match in the next 13 that would give them a 2 marker mutation match. Charles does not have the 25 markers ordered, but it would be a good idea because there seem to be few matches in the I Haplogroup.
