Hi James List: We have the new 37 marker results for Charles Wesley James and he has a one mutation match with Milton Everett James. These two men match the other three descendants of Joseph Rogers James in the 25 marker test and we think that they both probably go back to Joseph Rogers James, but we have not been able to prove it yet. They live in all of the same places. You can see the family lines in this group up on the James DNA website. We probably should extend the other three tests to 37 markers, but two of the other tests are perfect 25 marker matches with Milton and Charles.
