They had lived in Chambers Co. Ala. where the pension was filed, Troup Co. and Dekalb Co. GA His widow Amanda Burdette James was pregnant with their one and only child. GA James and Minnie had 4 sons: Thomas Burdette James b. 8-9-1895 d. ? Willie Dave James b. 9-21-1896 d. 10-28-1981 (my grandfather) John Allie James b. 4-6-1898 3-15-1992 Ernest W.
