Occupation: FISHMONGERS And now my Grandfather: James Frederick JAMES 1897 James Frederick JAMES and Gladys JAMES (nee JAMES) Married 20 May 1922 St Lukes Hackney (have certificate) James Frederick JAMES born 16 June 1897 - Hackney (have certificate) Gladys JAMES born 30 August 1900 - Hackney (have certificate) James (Jim) Frederick JAMES immigrated to Australia in 26 July 1923 aboard the "Orvieto" docking in Fremantle Western Australia. Gladys JAMES followed in 1924, arriving at Albany Port Western Australia on the 7 March aboard the "Sophocles" along with Jims and Gladys two children Gladys aged 3 months and Jim aged 1 year. Jim and Gladys were taken to Group 64 settlement in Buselton Western Australia and later moving on and settling in East Rockingham Western Australia were they went on to have a further 10 children, eight still living today.
