Hello James List Subscribers! I am new to this list and I am looking for any information AT ALL on my great-grandfather, John Edwin James, born in 1856 or 1858 and died in 1928. He was married to Sara Elizabeth "Sallie" Buce on 18 December 1881. Their son, Erastus Fylie James (known as E. F. or Fylie), born 18 December 1887, was my grandfather. These people were living in Elmore County, Alabama. That is all I know about them.
