They and their children are mentioned in a number of printed sources, such as, Americans of Gentle Birth, James Families of America Since 1630, Background of a Bandit and Beverly Stercula's manuscript on the Thompson families. None of these printed sources gives the original source documentation, such as bible records, church records, land records or written memorials by either a child or grandchild of this couple or wills. I am still searching for the original source documentation to back up all the printed material that I have found on Christopher James and his family.
