Hello, I am looking for information on William JAMES (d.1750)who was one of the original settlers to Williamsburg Co., SC in 1732. His wife's name was Elizabeth WITHERSPOON, daughter of John and Janet WITHERSPOON (her maiden name was also Witherspoon). I am also looking for Jane JAMES who was married to William COOPER in Williamsburg Co., SC. Time frame is 1730's and I "think" that she was the daughter of William James (above).
